Basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience with an OTE of £40,000.

We are expanding our team again and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team.

Humphrey & Kirk are looking for a recruitment consultants to join our very successful growing team, you will build and grow a client portfolio using Property information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs including global multi-nationals.

The types of roles you will be recruiting for will be Property professionals at all levels.

Duties Include:

Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls
Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients
Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates.

Networking in industry, sector, and specialism and become an expert in the market
Candidate engagement – Identify and attract potential candidates
Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information
Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday 9.15am to 5pm
Friday 9.15am to 4.30pm

Renumeration:

Around £40,000 OTE in year 1.
