Dean is very determined and will not stop searching for the best candidate yet still keeping the perfect fit for all concerned. When not at work Dean loves spending time with his wife, two kids and family dog Hiro. He regularly plays Football and even through injury he refuses to give up. Clare has experience in Social Media Management prior to starting with Humphrey & Kirk and is excited to be back after taking a short break and spending time working with preschoolers and SEN children. Social media nowadays is such a huge part of any business and Clare is ready to build an organic and personable social media platform that will really show Humphrey & Kirk at its finest.
I come from an HM Forces background and now also have 20 years’ experience in the estate agency world.
Working all the way from negotiator to divisional director level, I have gained the knowledge from across much of what the industry has to offer. From small independent offices to large corporate agencies, working as a self-employed agent in Dubai, to directing a division for a large online model in the UK. There is not a lot in the world of Estate Agency that I haven’t seen. During this time, I have recruited some of the best agents in the country, many of whom are still progressing in their companies. Working hard to help and support others to progress and get the most out of their industry has always been at the heart of everything that I do.
Having developed my career in recruitment from Consultant to Operations Director and spending 28 years in the industry, it was time for my next challenge and the property industry was screaming my name. Working in property for the last 6 years with a hybrid agency and another well-known UK brand, fed the fast pace and ever evolving market that I’d become accustomed to. Being part of an established and industry recognised team at Humphrey and Kirk allows me to pursue a career in the two areas of business that I’ve experienced first-hand and, that I’m so passionate about.
With over six years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and human resources, my focus is always on communication and relationship building, delivering the best results for both candidates and clients. I pride myself in providing the most positive candidate experience while being highly motivated to find that ideal person for your talent requirements. Having had a global experience with stakeholders across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC, I am an adaptable professional who values multiculturality, diversity, equity and inclusion, and understands the importance of emotional intelligence at the workplace. In my free time, I enjoy photography, psychology and dancing salsa.
I originally started in resourcing because I enjoyed research and looking for candidates I think would be right for the role. Fast forward many years later and I don’t just enjoy it, I am passionate about it. Alex has over 20 years of customer service experience in the financial services, property and education sector. She has undertaken administration, PA and managerial roles and more recently has pursued her passion for working with children and studied for a degree in Child and Youth studies to help our future generation of employees. Alex is dedicated to providing the best possible service and is extremely amiable, organised, dependable ensuring solid communications with our clients.
